Lindsay Lohan claims that she was punched by an unnamed waitress while celebrating her 24th birthday at a Los Angeles nightclub. "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason," the actress tweeted around 1 a.m. PT. Actress Lindsay Lohan was ordered to spend 90 days in jail to be followed by 90 days of rehab on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, after a judge in Beverly Hills, Calif., ruled that the "Mean Girls" star had violated her probation. Most recently, a judge refused Lohan's attorney's request to ease restrictions involving drug and alcohol testing on the actress so she can film a movie in Texas. A judge also ordered Lohan to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet on her ankle. A probation violation hearing has been set July 6 to address Lohan's failure to appear in court last week for a scheduled progress report on her probation stemming from two arrests in 2007.




Lohan claims that her passport was stolen in Cannes, France, which prevented her from returning to Los Angeles for the hearing. She told HollywoodTV.com that she is clean and doesn't believe she needs rehab or jail time.
